The Role – What You’ll Own
  • Own your territory: Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Educate and advise customers on auto, home, life & health insurance solutions.
  • Close business and cultivate trust—serve as a true advisor, not just a salesperson.
  • Maintain precise records and manage your policy pipeline effectively.
  • Exceed monthly targets and consistently raise the bar.
  • Collaborate with Janet and peers to shape agency growth strategy.

  • High-Drive Rainmakers: Proven success in sales or consultative roles, with strong pipeline management and closing skills.

  • Quick Learners: You pick up new insurance products and systems fast—researchers and problem solvers welcome.
  • Licensed (or licensing soon): Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required—or actively pursuing.
